I studied electronic media in school and immediately fell in love with the medium. From basic news broadcasting (writing stories, producing live broadcasts, and shooting packages) to run-and-gun shooting documentaries in Tanzania, Africa, I find that video is the most powerful way to tell a story. I love video so much that even though it wasn't a part of my original job description, I created a niche and need for it within a company and helped cultivate its use throughout my 13 years of employment there. I also create videos from my travels, because every time I watch them, it takes me back. I have many more examples than listed: from news stories to travel videos to vlogs.
